Devin Rowland

Mr. Rowland currently serves as the President of KMA Companies. He oversees the financial, property management operations and reporting for all existing and proposed properties.  He serves the President of A Safe Haven Foundation’s Advisory Board. He is on the Red Flight of Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Public Policy Cohort. Devin is on the ULI Programming Committee for the Young Leaders. He previously held the elected position of Vice President of the Greater Austin Development Association (GADA) and holds a Managing Broker real estate brokers license with KMA Property Management Services INC. He has completed his Masters of Science – Real Estate (MSRE) with Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University as part of the Inaugural ULI Cohort.
