Mr. Rowland currently serves as the President of KMA Companies. He oversees the financial, property management operations and reporting for all existing and proposed properties.  He serves the President of A Safe Haven Foundation's Advisory Board. He is on the Red Flight of Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Public Policy Cohort. Devin is on the ULI Programming Committee for the Young Leaders. He previously held the elected position of Vice President of the Greater Austin Development Association (GADA) and holds a Managing Broker real estate brokers license with KMA Property Management Services INC. He has completed his Masters of Science - Real Estate (MSRE) with Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University as part of the Inaugural ULI Cohort.

Lizbeth Flores

Ms. Flores is the Managing Broker at KMA Companies. She supervises all aspects of property management operations, including establishing rates, screening potential tenants, collecting rents, paying bills, preparing annual budgets, maintaining a portfolio of 27 properties, interacting with tenants, negotiating with third party services, and overseeing personnel. She holds a Managing Brokers license with KMA Companies and has completed her Masters of Real Estate with Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
