For today’s #MondayNews we share the newest board member of SOS Children’s Villages Illinois, Devin Rowland, MSRE, CCIM as of September 2023 👏💙 Rowland brings a wealth of experience in the field of real estate, with 10 years of experience in deal sourcing, development, structuring, and managing GP/JP partnerships, brokerage, asset management and property management. Rowland’s career took him to KMA, where he has been working for 13 years now. He served as Vice President of the company where he structured partnerships with LP investors National Equity Fund, Bank of America, Department of Veterans Affairs, The City of Chicago, and more for two new ground-up developments. Now, Rowland serves as President & Principal of KMA where he develops and implements business strategies for real estate holdings across multi states. In 2022, he received the Rauner Family Veterans Studios – RE Journal Affordable Housing Development of the Year. That same year she received the Rauner Family Veterans Apartment – 2022 Tax Credit Coalition Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award – National Award. SOS Illinois is pleased with the appointment of this experienced board member.
